  • A card on file is required in order to reserve your appointment. We require a 24 hour advance notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booked services. No Call No Shows may be subject to a fee of 100% of the service total.

  • Yes! We have fast Fiber internet available for all of our guests. Just ask for the WiFi login when you arrive.

  • Our service providers have varying prices, based on experience and demand. Our Associate Stylists are at the most affordable price point and their work is supervised by a Master stylist. We then have Signature stylists, Senior Stylists, and Master stylists, and their price points increase with each experience level.

  • We are located at 2322 Winford Ave. Nashville, TN 37211, on the corner of Melrose and Winford Ave. Look for the white building with a parking lot out front.

  • Sometimes online booking omits available time slots, so If you do not see a time that works for you, please shoot us a text or call at 615.212.9658 or email us at concierge@berryhillbeauty.com and we will do our best to accommodate you!
